CM Payments¶

Role: Payment service provider (PSP)

CM Payments is the payment service provider used by Brekz for processing online payments in the webshop. It handles the full range of payment methods relevant to the European markets Brekz serves.

Responsibilities¶

Processing online payments at checkout
Handling payment status callbacks and webhooks
Supporting local payment methods per country (e.g. iDEAL for NL, Bancontact for BE, SEPA for DE)

Integration¶

The CM Payments integration lives in brekz-shop-backend, which acts as the payment gateway layer between the storefront (brekz-website) and CM Payments.

Payment methods¶

Supported payment methods vary by country and are configured through the CM Payments dashboard. Typical methods include:

iDEAL (NL)
Bancontact (BE)
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
SEPA Direct Debit
PayPal
