Copernica (Email Marketing Provider)¶
Copernica is a marketing automation and email marketing platform used to create, manage, and analyze campaigns.
What it does: - Sends newsletters, transactional emails, and automated journeys. - Provides segmentation, personalization, and templating features. - Offers deliverability management, analytics, and A/B testing.
How we use it (Brekz): - Manage marketing newsletters and lifecycle campaigns per country. - Trigger transactional and behavioral emails from our shop backend. - Maintain subscriber lists and GDPR-compliant consent preferences. - Collect behavioural data via the Website Tracker SDK for profile enrichment and reporting.
Copernica is actively moving towards a CDP (Customer Data Platform). The Website Tracker SDK is already loaded on the Brekz storefront and is being evaluated as a partial complement to GA4.
