Flooris¶
Role: Software development & web hosting partner
Flooris B.V. is the software development company responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Brekz platform. Flooris manages all web hosting environments, handles all software development across the Brekz service portfolio, and operates the cloud and connectivity infrastructure on behalf of Brekz.

Responsibilities¶
Web Hosting¶
Flooris hosts all Brekz web services on Hetzner dedicated servers. All environments (local, test, acceptance, production) for every service documented under Services run on this infrastructure.
- Provisioning and management of Hetzner servers
- Server OS, Docker environments, and service configuration
- Backup and disaster recovery for hosted services
- Uptime monitoring via Sentry and Laravel Horizon
Core webhosting servers¶
All Brekz environments run on four dedicated Hetzner servers, set up as an active/passive pair for both web and database:

Connectivity & Security¶
All DNS management and HTTP traffic for Brekz runs through Cloudflare. Flooris manages the Cloudflare account for all Brekz domains (.nl, .be, .de, .fr, .at, .it, .dk, .ch, .se, .com).

- CDN caching, WAF, and DDoS protection via Cloudflare
- SSL/TLS certificate management (via Cloudflare)
- Zero Trust access for internal API endpoints
Software Development¶
Flooris develops and maintains all software running on the Brekz web hosting platform:
- Platform architecture and technical direction
- Development of new features across all services
- Maintenance, bug fixes, and security patching
- Code reviews, deployments, and release management
- Documentation (this site)
Database Failover¶
The production database (hosted on Hetzner) has a MySQL Slave failover to a server physically located at the Brekz Utrecht office. This server is maintained by HD Services but serves as a failover node for Flooris-managed web hosting.

ClickUp — Servicedesk & Project Management¶
Flooris uses ClickUp as its platform for servicedesk ticket handling and project management. All Brekz requests, bugs, and development tasks are tracked in ClickUp. New requests can be submitted via servicedesk@flooris.nl or directly in ClickUp.
